| Terms and Conditions | Vessel is chartered with a valid bareboat charter contract. Vessel is under the control and direction of the charterer, however he/she may defer to the advice of professional crew hired by the charterer. Charterer or his hired crew must meet the standards and qualifications set by the owner of the vessel. Charterer may employ the crew service offered by Spindrift charters if he so desires. The total number of passengers not including hired crew is limited to 12. | |
